Policies & Fees

Payments

• Deposit: $500 non-refundable deposit to lock in your dates.

• Review period: You have 48 hours to read and sign the Rental Terms & Conditions. If you decide not to proceed, we’ll refund the deposit minus a 3 % transaction fee.

• Short‑notice bookings: If you book within a month of your trip, the deposit still secures the dates, and you’ll need to sign the T&C’s and pay the remaining balance within those 48 hours.

• Balance: The remainder of the rental fee is due one month before your trip starts (e.g., for a June 15 start, payment is due by May 15).

Cancellation

• Cancel up to 30 days before the trip start date for a refund.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip start date will forfeit the rental cost.

Security Deposit

• $1,000 placed on your credit card at the start of the trip.

The Salem "Big Gem" Fees

Required

• Nightly rate: $189 /night (10 % discount for stays of 7 + nights)

• Prep & cleaning: $150

• Delivery & set‑up:

  • $150 to Wet Mountain or Grape Creek RV parks

  • $200 minimum for deliveries within 25 mi of Westcliffe

  • Additional $6.50 /mi for each mile over 25 mi (up to 80 mi)

  • $7.50 /mi beyond 80 mi

  • Extra charge may apply for dirt‑road deliveries that slow travel.

Optional / Custom

• Courtesy dump: $100

• Pet fee: $100

• Event fee: $250

• Propane refill: $50

The Prowler Fees

Required

• Nightly rate: $149 /night (10 % discount for stays of 7 + nights)

• Prep & cleaning: $125

• Delivery & set‑up:

  • $150 to Wet Mountain or Grape Creek RV parks

  • $200 minimum for deliveries within 25 mi of Westcliffe
